Christmas card photo shoot.

Well, I decided to give you a sneak peak at our Christmas photo because I LOVE it & can't help myself to not share it now!

This photo shoot was our best yet!  Thanks to my sis & her hubs, I got a remote for my camera for my birthday... I don't know how I ever survived without it!!!  It was soo nice to just set my camera up how I wanted it, then to just click click away!  We took so many, and I never had to run back & forth!

Here are some of my favs.

Enjoy.

happy thanksgiving.

"Enter his gates with thanksgiving, and his courts with praise!
Give thanks to him; bless his name!" Psalm 100:4

one of my favorite things to do is to take a few minutes & make a list of everything I am thankful for. no really, everything... even those silly things that I would never want to admit to someone I wrote down that I am thankful for that-- I write all those down too. it's such a great way to glorify God & let Him know that I see everything as a blessing from Him & that I am thankful!

I am thankful for His gifts & blessing... but most importantly, for Him!

homemade bread.

this is the BEST part about thanksgiving! every year, mom makes her famous homemade bread. really. it's just hers! ...and now, it's mine too -- we're in NC so I had to make it myself, it just came out of the oven & it's ready for thanksgiving tomorrow!

we might have to sneak a few pieces tonight because I can hardly wait!!!

Happy 4th of July!

Scott and I went to Lake Eola to watch the fireworks.  It was a really fun time together!  Last year we missed the fireworks, but this year made up for it!  They were amazing!!!  We had a great spot right in front of the lake with some really fun people around us.

I'm so thankful for our freedom.  But more importantly, for the freedom that we have in Christ!
